Looks undervalued
Why: Free cash flow cannot be used (negative or far below earnings, with too little history to normalise it), so value is based on reinvestment-adjusted earnings.
Start with the price and fair value range, then review the data dates and assumptions below. Estimates are not predictions or investment advice.
Market price below modeled range
Showing the DCF (trailing free cash flow) you selected on the company card, using 4.32% growth, 2.9% terminal growth and 10.4% discount. The range varies these assumptions slightly; it is illustrative, not investment advice.
Assumptions: growth 4.32%, discount rate 10.40%, terminal growth 2.90% (sector defaults). See a worked example.
Blended growth assumption: 4.3% (sector default 7.0%, own revenue history 1.4%, analyst revenue consensus 4.5%).
5-year outlook: relative outlook of about 9.6% a year (Medium confidence), anchored to a 7% market return and adjusted for how this company ranks against others. A ranking aid, not a prediction. See the full forecast.

Why this model: Free cash flow cannot be used (negative or far below earnings, with too little history to normalise it), so value is based on reinvestment-adjusted earnings.
Compare models- Recommended: Earnings-based DCF — EUR 18.31 (-28.6%)
-
EPS-based Gordon proxy
— EUR 24.63 (-4.0%)
Not used: Treats all earnings as if paid out and ignores the cash kept for reinvestment, so it overstates value for companies that retain most profit.
-
DCF (trailing free cash flow)
— EUR 51.43 (+100.5%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 3.1x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
FCFF (steady state)
— EUR 46.76 (+82.3%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 3.1x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
EV/EBITDA (12x)
— EUR 94.20 (+267.3%)
Not used: Used only when free cash flow is far below earnings even after averaging three years; a fixed 12x multiple also ignores sector differences.
-
Fade DCF (10-year growth fade)
— EUR 51.25 (+99.8%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 3.1x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
EV/Sales (Rule of 40)
— EUR 197.85 (+671.4%)
Not used: Used only when cash-flow models land far below the price; here they do not.
| Bear EUR 28.89 | 11.2% |
| Base EUR 51.43 | 50.1% |
| Bull EUR 91.68 | 72.0% |
Margin = (value − price) / value, so it is measured against the value and reads lower than the upside to value, which is measured against the price. Positive means the price is below that case.
