Why: Dividends are a large share of earnings, so the cash paid to shareholders is the best guide to value.
Start with the price and fair value range, then review the data dates and assumptions below. Estimates are not predictions or investment advice.
Market price within modeled range
Showing the Fade DCF (10-year growth fade) you selected on the company card, using 2% growth, 2.7% terminal growth and 10% discount. The range varies these assumptions slightly; it is illustrative, not investment advice.

Why this model: Dividends are a large share of earnings, so the cash paid to shareholders is the best guide to value.
Compare models- Recommended: Dividend discount model — SEK 140.25 (-24.9%)
-
EPS-based Gordon proxy
— SEK 18.51 (-90.1%)
Not used: Treats all earnings as if paid out and ignores the cash kept for reinvestment, so it overstates value for companies that retain most profit.
-
DCF (trailing free cash flow)
— SEK 126.55 (-32.3%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 7.5x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
FCFF (steady state)
— SEK 131.06 (-29.8%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 7.5x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
EV/EBITDA (12x)
— SEK 234.82 (+25.7%)
Not used: Used only when free cash flow is far below earnings even after averaging three years; a fixed 12x multiple also ignores sector differences.
-
Fade DCF (10-year growth fade)
— SEK 126.73 (-32.2%)
Not used: Free cash flow is 7.5x net income, which usually means costs such as lease payments sit outside operating cash flow, so it may be overstated.
-
EV/Sales (Rule of 40)
— SEK 633.90 (+239.3%)
Not used: Used only for technology and communication companies whose cash-flow value is far below the price.
| Bear SEK 72.74 | -156.8% |
| Base SEK 126.73 | -47.4% |
| Bull SEK 233.10 | 19.9% |
Margin = (value − price) / value, so it is measured against the value and reads lower than the upside to value, which is measured against the price. Positive means the price is below that case.
